Dominoes rules at a glance
The 28 tiles of a double-six set are dealt out, and players take turns adding a tile whose number matches one of the two open ends of the line of play. The first player to play every tile (“domino!”) wins. If you cannot play, you draw from the boneyard in the draw game or pass in the block game. If nobody can play, the hand is blocked and the lowest pip total left in hand wins.

FAQ
What is the difference between the draw and block games?
In the draw game you draw from the boneyard until you can play; in the block game you pass immediately. Block games are shorter and block more often, so counting pips matters more.
How many players can play?
Two to four. Against the AI, choose the number of players and the computer fills the other seats. In pass-and-play, a screen hides your hand while you hand the device over.
Can I play without an account?
Yes. Games against the AI and pass-and-play on one device need no sign-in. Online games and rankings need a GameNow account.
How do I play with friends?
Choose the number of players under “Invite a friend” to get a room code and link. The game starts automatically when everyone has joined, or the host can press “Start now” once at least two players are in.
Is there a time limit?
Online games allow 30 seconds per move. If time runs out, your heaviest playable tile is played for you (or you draw or pass); after repeated misses you are marked away and the limit drops to 5 seconds.
